Meet The Team – Fort Dodge

Manny Flores, PT

Clinic Manager

Manny completed his Physical Education and Certificate in Sports from the University of the Phillippines in 1990 and went on to graduate in 1995 from De La Salle University with a degree in Physical Therapy. Manny has been a physical therapist in Iowa since May 1997. He opened Millennium Therapy’s first outpatient clinic in Fort Dodge on September 10, 2001. While he specializes in manual therapy, Manny has worked in a variety of clinical settings and has handled a multitude of orthopedic, sports medicine, neurologic and geriatric cases. In addition to his clinical expertise, Manny is also a tennis instructor and carries the highest level of certification with the Professional Tennis Registry.


Dominic “Dom” Thielen, PT, DPT

Dom graduated from South Dakota State University in 2012 with a B.S. in Biology. He then attended the Physical Therapy program at Des Moines University and graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2016. Dom has been at the Fort Dodge Clinic since 2016 and has worked with a variety of Worker’s Compensation, Orthopedics, Geriatrics, and Neurological patients and diagnoses. When not helping patients get better he looks forward to getting outdoors, grilling out, and spending time with friends and family.


Jody Heetland, CF-SLP

Jody graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2019 with a master's degree in Speech Language Pathology. She has been working for Millennium Therapy since February 2020. Jody's professional and clinical experience includes working with both children and adults across the lifespan on speech, language, cognitive-communication, social communication, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and swallowing disorders. Outside of work, she likes to spend time with friends, travel, and be active outdoors. Jody also graduated with her bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Iowa State University in 2012 and is an avid Cyclone fan for life.


Alannah Jacobson, PTA, CLT

Alannah graduated from Mercy College of Health Sciences in April of 2014 with a Physical Therapist Assistant degree. She has been working for Millennium Therapy since August of 2014. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her children, being outdoors, doing arts and crafts, and creating new ideas for her printing business.


Zoe Anderson, PTA

Zoe graduated from North Iowa Area Community College (NIACC) in 2016 with an Associate of Applied Science degree in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program. She worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant for 1 year prior to working with Millennium Therapy. Zoe has been working for Millennium Therapy since November of 2017. What she enjoys most when not at work is spending time with her children, biking and hiking at the State Parks, boating at Twin Lakes, and being outside on her acreage.


Nathan "Nate" Halbert, PTA

Nate graduated from Baker University in Michigan in 2019 with an Associate of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Nate has been working for Millennium Therapy since November of 2019. During his free time, he enjoys playing video games and eating pizza.


Megan Hicks, OTR/L

Megan graduated with a BA in Psychology and a masters in Occupational Therapy from St. Ambrose University in Dubuque, IA. Before joining Millennium Therapy, Megan worked as a travelling occupational therapist. Megan particularly enjoys the treatment of neurologic conditions such as CVA, TBI, SCI, as well as treating shoulders in the outpatient setting. Megan lives with her husband and three young children near Famhamville, where her husband farms. Megan stays busy outside of work by being involved in her church and community, and enjoys socializing with friends and family.


Christine Huffaker, Office Manager, Billing Specilist

Chris is the Office Manager and Billing Specialist for Fort Dodge. She has been at the Fort Dodge clinic since 2003 and has 20 years of medical billing experience. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. Her summer weekends are spent boating and camping. While she enjoys the winter - summer is her happy time.
