Millennium offers benefits and additional incentives for all full and part time associates. Millennium cares about our associates and their families, so we offer serval comprehensive benefit plans and choices to associates to help them get the coverages that works best for them and their situation. Most benefits are effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment and Millennium does convenient online enrollment of most benefits. We also offer a robust employee platform that allows associates to record their time online, and gives employees access to pay and benefit information, 24/7.

Medical Insurance - Millennium offers two comprehensive medical plans to associates, giving them the ability to select a plan that is right for them. Millennium shares the cost with associates on these plans.

Dental & Vision Insurance – Associates have the option to enroll in dental and/or vision plans. Millennium shares the cost of the dental plan with associates.

Additional Offered Benefits – Millennium provides Life and Accidental Death Coverage to benefit eligible employees to help provide their loved ones with financial assistance. We also provided a Long-Term Disability plan to assist associates that might be off work for a long period of time. These are paid in full by Millennium. Associates can also choose to enroll in Voluntary Life and Accidental Death coverage for themselves and their family. We offer a group rate discounted Short-Term Disability plan to associates at their own cost to help cover expenses if they are off work for a short period of time for things like maternity leave or surgeries. Associates have options of choosing a Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), for both medical and dependent care expenses. Depending on which medical plan associates select they may be eligible to enroll in a Health Savings Account (HSA) which Millennium will contribute to as well. We also offer associates a group discounted rate for Critical Illness and Accident Plans. We provide Professional Liability & Workers Compensation to associates.

Millennium is proud to offer a few additional resources to associates to help them in times of stress or need:

Student Loan Resources to help associates navigate the burden of student loans. These resources can help with refinancing loans or help parents/students with calculating costs of education and provides financial literacy tools.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) a 24/7 confidential assistance plan with emotional well-being, legal & financial concerns, dependent & eldercare, and other services.

401K Savings Plan - Millennium offers a 401K plan with company match.

Continuing Education Hours and Reimbursement - Millennium provides reimbursement for pre-approved continuing education classes, professional licensures or dues. We also offer hours for the training or classes for continuing education of associates.

Referral Bonus - Millennium Therapy will reward associates with a bonus for referring new associates that are hired for a full or part time position.

Phone Reimbursement - In some instances, Millennium will provide a reimbursement for using a personal cell phone for work.

Paid Time Off (PTO) / Personal Days – Benefit eligible associates are given paid time off and personal days.

Holiday Pay / Differential Pay – In some instances associates are offered holiday pay at time and a half for working on holidays or may qualify for differential pay for working on weekends.
