· Kara Campbell, PTA

Clinic Manager

Kara was born and raised in Fort Dodge. She graduated from ISU in 2004 with a B.A., with an emphasis in communications, business, and social sciences. She continued on to Kirkwood Community College and graduated with her PTA degree in 2007. While going to PTA school Kara worked as a PT Tech at Mercy hospital, working in both inpatient and outpatient settings and handling front desk tasks. After graduation, Kara moved to Ankeny and worked in home health before spending 6 years with the YMCA Healthy Living Center, focusing on aquatic therapy. In order to spend more time with her two little girls at home, Kara took PRN positions with several companies, including Millennium Therapy. In early 2019, Kara became part-time in our Des Moines outpatient clinic. While there she has furthered her existing work comp and industrial medicine knowledge by obtaining specialized training and certification in job analysis, pre-work screen development and the performance of Functional Capacity Evaluations. Kara is now the Clinic Manager of our Des Moines location, also known as E3 Millennium Work Therapy Services.
