Meet The Team – Eagle Grove Clinic

Tiffani Riedel, PTA, Clinic Manager

Tiffani graduated from Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska with her B.S. in Applied and Human Sports Physiology in May of 2011. After college, she moved from Nebraska to North Central Iowa where she received her Associates degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from NIACC in Mason City, IA in May of 2016. Since graduating, Tiffani has worked for Millennium Therapy in the Outpatient and SNF settings in Webster and Wright Counties. When Tiffani is not at work she enjoys reading, being outdoors, and spending time with her family. Tiffani is married to Josh Riedel and they have two daughters, Addilyn and Lillian.


Laura Steichen, PT, DPT

Laura graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, MN with a B.A. double major in Biology and Chemistry in May 2009. She worked at various jobs around Minnesota after college before changing careers from immunologic laboratory science to physical therapy. In August 2015, Laura started her studies at Des Moines University and graduated three years later. Laura enjoys working with patients of all ages and in various settings. Her career interests include pediatrics, sports medicine, and orthopedics. In her spare time, Laura enjoys teaching martial arts, swimming, writing, and drawing.


Nick Ray, PT, DPT

Nick Ray is a Physical Therapist originally from Waukesha, WI who found his passion for exercise and movement at a young age. He grew up playing every sport he could with his favorites being soccer and running track. After high school, Nick combined his passion for exercise with a desire to help people as he completed a Bachelor’s in Athletic Training at Harding University in 2015 and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He went on to spend a year as a Personal Trainer and another as a Rehab Technician in an outpatient clinic before returning to school for Physical Therapy, all the while working part-time as an Athletic Trainer with a local high school. Nick completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at South College in 2019 and began work at a nursing home in Milwaukee, WI. He moved to Webster City in February of 2020 to continue his career by helping the residents of Eagle Grove and Webster City both outpatient and nursing home settings. When Nick isn’t working, he enjoys trying out a local brewery, taking a road trip and staying active with biking, kayaking, running, and weight lifting. When the nights get warmer, he enjoys pulling out the grill for some brats and burgers.


Sydney Irish, OTR/L

Sydney graduated from Concordia University-Wisconsin with her B.S in Rehabilitative Science in December of 2015. She continued on to pursue her dream of becoming an occupational therapist, graduating with her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Concordia University-Wisconsin in December 2016. She worked in Fort Dodge, IA for 1 year performing home health and acute inpatient rehabilitation services. Sydney then moved to Webster City, IA in 2018 to pursue a career with Millennium Therapy in the outpatient, assisted living, and nursing home settings in Webster City and Eagle Grove. When Sydney is not at work she enjoys spending time with family, golfing, traveling, and going out to the movies.


Jasmin Alvarez, Office Manager

Jasmin is from Ottumwa and joined the Millennium Eagle Grove team early in 2019. With her years of experience at the front desk and as a supervisor of different programs, she is a welcome addition to the team. As a Rehab Tech, she assists both in the clinic and at the front desk to keep things running smoothly. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family (her husband, Miguel, and her four children, Naomi, Leah, and twins Abram and Isaiah).
