
Amy Gassmann, PT
Amy is the primary Physical Therapist at Millennium Therapy in Edgewood, IA. She graduated from St. Ambrose University with a Master's degree in Physical Therapy in 1999. Amy's experience spans many settings including hospital inpatient and outpatient, nursing home, home health, and assisted living facilities in addition to outpatient where she currently focuses most of her time. Amy treats patients of all ages to relieve pain, improve the body's movement and function, and limit disabilities. She uses home programs, progressive resistive exercises, patient education and techniques such as Kineso Taping, dry cupping and other modalities to accelerate recovery and improve positive recovery outcomes and is able to use her clinical knowledge and experience to assist patients with varied diagnoses, including balance problems, weakness, and tendonitis to name a few. In addition, Amy is proficient in working with workman's comp injuries and sports injuries and is trained to perform pre-employment screens. Outside of work, Amy enjoys a variety of outdoor activities to include gardening, camping, fishing and riding ATV's, and in the wintertime enjoys watching movies.

Shelly Lubben
Shelly Lubben is the Office Coordinator at the Edgewood Outpatient Clinic and has been with Millennium Therapy since the clinic opened in February 2007. Her main duties include patient registrations, scheduling patients in both the clinic and several satellite locations, verifications, accounts receivable, patient billing and insurance denial's/issues. She is married and has 3 children and 4 grandchildren. In her spare time, she likes to camp, spend time with family, hike, and have bonfires and cookouts with friends.

Breanna Muller
Breanna is our speech-language pathologist at the Edgewood Clinic. Breanna lives in Manchester with her husband, Zach. She has a passion for helping individuals of all ages communicate more effectively. She has built a diverse and extensive background in the field. Her experience spans a variety of areas including speech sound disorders, language disorders, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), autism, voice disorders, and swallowing disorders. Breanna takes a holistic approach to therapy, tailoring her methods to meet the unique needs of each individual. She is deeply committed to supporting her clients in overcoming challenges and achieving their communication goals, and she continually strives to expand her knowledge and expertise to provide the best care possible.

Brianna Hegtvedt
Brianna is our occupational therapist at the Edgewood Clinic. She's been here a little over two years and became an OT because of her passion for helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Brianna has experience with shoulder, elbow, and hand rehabilitation, pelvic floor therapy, sensory integration therapy, incorporating sensory diets to daily routines, vision therapy, functional cognition testing and focuses on the goal of maximizing independence with all of the activities of daily living (ADLs). Brianna is certified in lymphedema management, which has further enhanced her ability to support clients in managing chronic conditions and swelling.
Outside of work, Brianna lives in Manchester with her husband, Justin, and three kids, Karli, Kyler, & Keaton, where she enjoys spending time together and embracing family life. She is deeply committed to helping others regain their independence and live life to the fullest.
